Directions for Use

Add 100–150 g (approximately 3–4 tablespoons) of bath salts to a standard bathtub filled with warm water. Stir to fully dissolve before entering the bath.

Soak for 5–30 minutes, then rinse the body thoroughly after use.

Frequency of Use:

Suitable for use up to once daily. Typical use is 2–4 times per week.
